Color, perfume and taste: Intense gold, with elegant green hues, valuable fruit delicate notes, sweet and intense, with a soft palate. Grassy aftertaste, almond with spicy notes.

Service: Simple plates. Fresh salad, steamed fish, boiled fish in general, Carpaccio of crude fish, fried dishes, pastisserie. Vegetables sauce, rice soup, pasta and beans, steamed shellfish, sweet cooked vegetables, bruschette, sauce.
