Another important recognition for our wine, this time comes from the land of the rising sun. In Japan, the 2014 Vento red (Primitivo) won the gold medal at the Japan Wine Challenge 2015 event held for eighteen years and for this year’s edition, the race has been seen in 1,300 wines from 28 different countries.

Vento red wine is made with 70% Nero di Troia and 30% Primitivo; vinification is fifteen days in steel containers, while the maturation and refining take place in American wood and steel containers with bottle aging.

In 2013, Vento red has won the gold medal all’AWC Vienna – International Wine Challenge.

Another success for our winery. Cantine Teanum continues to succeed  for it’s territory.
